The shipping company Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk Line have entered into a slot exchange agreement on the route linking the Mediterranean with the East Coast of the United States and concerns that their services to Mediterranean Gulf Express (MGX) and WestMed.
With the agreement, which will become operational on the 1st of March, the new configuration of the rotation of the service of Hapag-Lloyd MGX will be as follows: Cagliari, Livorno, Genoa, Barcelona, Valencia, Savannah, Port Everglades, Houston, New Orleans, Port Everglades, Cagliari.
The new rotation of service WestMed Maersk Line will scale the ports of Marsaxlokk, Gioia Tauro, Livorno, Genoa, Fos, Valencia, Algeciras, Newark, Norfolk, Savannah, Marsaxlokk.
