Stradeblu suspends the line ro-pax Livorno-Olbia



In spite of the victories on the judicial front obtained up to now, Stradeblu (group Corsica Sardinia Ferries) has decided to suspend own line ro-pax Livorno-Olbia leaving the Sardinian port fintantoché effectively will at least not be restored the competition conditions.

The Regional administrative court for the Sardinia, with sentences 10th March, has received while the two resources introduced from Stradeblu respective regarding Moby Spa, Tirrenia di Navigazione Spa, Snav Spa Hydrofoils, Large the Navi Veloci Spa, Sardinian Armament Srl and Sat Auxiliary Service Traghetti and Consulting Srl and regarding Moby Spa and Sardinian Armament Srl for the cancellation of the provisions of the Harbour Authority of relative Olbia and Golfo Aranci to the planning of approaches for years 2010 and 2009.

From the May of the 2009 Stradeblu and its administrator Virgilio Cimaschi they are opposite to the Harbour Authority complaining the closing of the port of Olbia to the services of marine connection with the port of Livorno with fleeting ferries and goods.
