Stressing that "we can not continue not to know anything about the state of the art in order for the Brazilian Navy, for both the workload and for the opportunity to build ships with high technological level," the union representatives called for a united effort urgency to the government so as to take concrete actions for the Military Division of the Fincantieri group.
The USW has shown that the government's commitment is also needed on the plan of Fincantieri. "The company - the workers' representatives have said - is negotiating in a local site to site.
