To July the traffic of the goods in the port of Ravenna is dropped of -5,6%



Last July the port of Ravenna has enlivened beyond 2,1 million tons of goods, with a bending of the -5,6% regarding July 2015. The goods to the disembarkation is piled almost 1,8 million tons (- 8.1%) and those to the boarding to 349 thousand tons (+9.0%).

With the exception of the field of the rotabili, in which the traffic has been altogether of 173 thousand tons with an increase of +13.5%, in all the main merceologici sections are recorded decreases. The traffic of the liquid bulk is dropped of the -16,3% to 300 thousand tons, of which 192 thousand tons of producing oil (+4.5%), 59 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (- 33.7%) and 48 thousand chemicals tons of (- 43.2%).

In the segment of the goods sand banks the total volume has been of beyond 1,4 million tons (- 3.2%), with 609 thousand tons of producing metalworkers (+4.1%), 445 thousand tons of minerals crudes oil, manufactured products and materials from construction (+7.9%), 196 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (- 17.5%), 134 thousand tons of producing agricultural (- 24.2%), 48 thousand tons of composts (- to 32.1%) and 6 thousand tons of fuel and solid minerals.

To July the 2016 containerized trade has been of 210 thousand tons (- 16.5%).

In the first seven months of this year the traffic in the port ravennate has been attested 15,4 million to tons, with an increment of +7.0% regarding 14,4 million tons in the January-July period of 2015. The single traffic in import has been pairs to 13,2 million tons (+7.5%) and that in export to 2,2 million tons (+4.6%).

Altogether the liquid bulk has grown of +6.1% than more 2,5 million tons, of which 1,4 million tons of producing oil (+8.1%), 579 thousand tons of alimentary commodities (+1.5%) and 540 thousand tons of chemicals (+5.3%).

The volume total of the goods sand banks has been pairs to 10,2 million tons (+6.0%), of which 3,6 million tons of producing to metalworkers (- 3.4%), 2,9 million tons of minerals crudes oil, manufactured products and materials from construction (+7.2%), 1,3 million tons of alimentary commodities (+11.0%), 1,2 million agricultural tons of producing (to +21.3%), 1,0 million tons of composts (+18.5%) and 152 thousand tons of fuel and solid minerals (+8.9%).

The traffic of the rotabili is increased of +23.8% 1,1 million to tons and in rise it has turned out also the containerized trade with 1,6 million tons (+5.5%) totaled with a container handling pairs to 139.761 teu (- 1.7%).
