Today the Harbour Authority of Livorno has communicated that, "against some requests reached of delay, motivated from the complexity of the contest and relative the economic engagement to the same one" and "also to the aim of protecting the principle of the widest participation to the contest procedure", the term for the presentation of the participation questions is postponed on December 15, 2016 to hours 12.00.
