Beginning from tomorrow the returns of the harbour taxes the ports that until today do not fall back under the jurisdiction of some Harbour Authority and that from tomorrow they will be instead subordinates to the jurisdiction of one of the 15 new Authorities of Harbour System (AdSP) will have to be poured in the cases of the AdSp and not in those of the national state treasury.

It has specified the Agency of Customs and of the Monopolies remembering that tomorrow it will take effect I decree legislative n. 169 on August 4, 2016 "Reorganization, rationalization and simplification of the concerning discipline the Harbour Authorities of which to the 28 law January 1994, n. 84" and specifying that the provision has previewed the institution of 15 Authorities of Harbour System (AdSP) that they will absorb current the 24 Harbour Authorities and will have territorial competence on the ports specified in the attached one To of the same one I decree.

Consequently, with reference to such ports (eg. ports of Pescara, Ortona, Vibo Valentia, Porto Empedocle, etc), the returns of the harbour tax which to art. the 2 of the D.P.R n. 107/2009, that it is assessed and collected by this Agency, to pass from on 15 September p.v., will have to flow not more to the national state treasury but to the budget of the AdSP competent. Therefore, for the liquidation in customs declaration of the harbour tax on the cargo and disembarked in the aforesaid ports that will enter to take part of the territorial competence of the AdSP, recall all the operators to use, to pass from on 15 September p.v., the code I pay 927, instead of that currently in use 557".
