Al via the final phase for the institution to Taranto of the Agency for the administration of the job in port



Next the 20 june on the agenda of the reunion of the Committee of management of the Authority of Harbour System of the Ionian Sea will be the deliberation for the constitution of the Agency for the administration of the job in port and for the professional requalification (transhipment), agency for whose institution last January the Harbour Committee of the Harbour Authority of Taranto, agency to which is subentrata the AdSP, had started the procedure ( of 11 January 2017).

The creation of the Agency for the administration of the job in port is previewed by bill 243 on 29 December, "urgent Participations for the social and territorial cohesion, with particular reference to critical situations in some areas of Southern Italy", converted with modification in law 18/2017, than to article 4 it previews that, "to the aim to support the occupation, to accompany the processes of industrial reconversion of harbour infrastructures and to avoid serious prejudice to the harbour operativity and the efficiency, in the ports in which at least the 80 percent of containerized handling of goods happens or has happened in last five years in modality transhipment and persist from at least five are years of business crisis or cessations of the terminalistiche activities, and exceptionally temporary, for the maximum period not advanced to thirty-six months, to pass from on January 1°, 2017 are instituted by the Authority of harbour System, of understanding with the Ministry of infrastructures and of the transports, with deliberation of the Committee of management or the harbour Committee whereby it exercises in prorogatio its functions, an Agency for the administration of the job in port and for the professional requalification, in which they meet the workers in esubero of the enterprises that operate according toarticle 18 of the law 28 January 1994, n. 84, authorized to handling of the container that, to the date on July 27, 2016, had use of regimes of support to the yield in the forms of the social shocks-absorber".

Friday the Authority of Harbour System of the Ionian Sea has received from the Ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports - Head office for the Vigilance on the Harbour Authorities communication of the understanding previewed from article 4 of bill 243/2016. The harbour agency of Taranto has announced that in the next few days the only administrator of the Agency, selected will be characterized as a result of procedure to public evidence, and that quickly after the constitution and the structuring of the Agency will be activated an appropriate table of job with the Region Apulia in order to trace and to define the formative distances that the workers will have to follow to the aims of the professional requalification and the ricollocazione near the operating enterprises in harbour within.
