The AdSP of Mare Adriatico Centrale front man of the Newbrain project



The Authority of Harbour System of Mare Adriatico Centrale is front man of the Newbrain project, which co-financed from the European program Adrion, that it has the objective to upgrade the intermodal transport integrated and to improve the connections between the main logistic nodes of the Ionic Adriatic Macroregion. The initiative has also the scope to strengthen the transnational coordination between the operators of the logistics, being increased their abilities to investment in the field.

The project is realized with a partnership composed from Authority of Harbour System of Mare Adriatico Settentrionale, Authority of Harbour System of Mare Adriatico Meridionale, Interporto Padua, ITL - Istituto Trasporti and Logistica, Harbour Authority of Igoumenitsa (Greece), Port of Bar (Montenegro), Chamber of Commerce of the Pireo of the small and averages enterprises (Greece) and Intermodal Transport Cluster (Croatia).

Tomorrow the partner will meet in order to make the point on the activities of the project that can count on resources for 1,5 million euros, of which 280 thousand euros of the AdSP of Mare Adriatico Centrale, and that it will have a duration two-year-old.

Moreover thursday to hours 10, in Sala Marconi of the AdSP to Ancona, will be the public encounter dedicated to "the freeways of the sea in the implementation of the macroregional strategy Eusair", confronts on the development of the intermodal connections between ports, Mediterranean freeways, street railroads, infrastructures.
