Arch Henderson, a Scottish company specialising in the design of maritime works, has been bought to the Dutch Royal HaskoningDHV, an engineering group active in multiple sectors of industry, energy and transport, including the maritime-port sector. Arch Henderson, who initially will keep its company name, it is Founded in 1919, it has a staff of over 60 people and operates both in the UK and overseas with offices in Aberdeen, Dundee, Glasgow, Lerwick, Southampton and Thurso.
