
The US real estate group Crescent Heights has
Partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH)
to make the
cruise ship Seven Seas Navigator, which is
operated by the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand of the NCLH group, a
Luxury residential ship with a renovation
of the ship which will involve an investment of over 50 million
to equip it with 210 residential units whose
value will be between 750 thousand and eight million
dollars and which will be put on sale starting from the next 9
April.
The ship, which - after being sold by the NCLH group - will be
renamed Navigator and will enter into
service in December 2026, will be operated by the new brand
Crescent Seas launched by the American real estate group that has made
notes the intention to equip the new brand with four more ships
over the next five years together
to GFO Investments, the main shareholder of Crescent
Heights. Crescent Seas ships will be operated by Apollo Group
of Miami, a company active in the cruise sector that operates,
among others, ships of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
