
The TUI tourism group is in talks with the shipyards
naval to secure construction slots, which would result in
available from the financial year 2031, for the
construction of two new ships for the company
Marella Cruises cruise company which is fully controlled
by the German group and is dedicated to the British market. It has
announced today the Hanover-based company on the occasion of the Capital
Markets Day, specifying that at the same time the evaluation continues
of the partnership possibilities for Marella Cruises.
TUI is also present in the cruise sector with the
companies Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, both subsidiaries
on an equal footing with the American cruise group Royal
Caribbean Cruises through the 50:50 joint venture TUI Cruises.
