
Yesterday in the ship yard of Marghera of Fincantieri has been set the construction of
Seven Seas Prestige, the ship from extra-luxury cruise that the Italian navalmeccanica company is realizing for the company Regent Seven Seas Cruises of the group Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and whose delivery is previewed for the 2026.
With a gross tonnage of 77.000 tons and a length of 257 meters, Seven Seas Prestige can accommodate approximately 850 passengers in 434 spacious suites, offering one of the highest space-guest relationships in the industry. Seven Seas Prestigewill be the first unit of the new class "Prestige", a new generation of ships that follows the lucky and appreciated series "Explorer" also built by Fincantieri and constituted from the ships Seven Seas Explorer (2016), Seven Seas Splendor (2020) and Seven Seas Grandeur (2023) delivered respectively in the yards of Sestri Ponente and Ancona.
