According to UIR, a law of I reorder of interposing to you and of the logistic platforms it would have to face the following issues at least: to define the concepts of territorial logistic platform and interporto, also in logic of the European design of politics of the transports, inserting the net of national the strategic terminals in the communitarian Network of the connections and the corridors; consequently to reorder the competences in matter of planning for the territorial logistic platforms and for interposing to you, between the three levels (communitarian, national and regional); to assign to the ministry of Infrastructures and the Transports the acknowledgment of the existing logistic platforms and eventual new localization platforms, by means of the instrument of the national program for the development of the intermodalità, that it must be contained inside of the general plan of the transports and the logistics.

Moreover, for UIR, a law of I reorder would have to fix requirement of the territorial logistic platforms regarding interposing to you; to institute, between the Regions interested from a territorial logistic platform, an organism of strategic coordination, formed from the city council members to the transports and mobility of the same Regions; to limit the within of the financing and to specify and to restate the privatistica legal nature of a interporto.

At last such law would have to favor the takeover in interposing you of centers for storage of refusals and raw materials second ones and to stimulate, by means of instruments of fiscal facility, localization, inside of interposing to you, manifacturing takeovers to high logistic content.
