Coast has announced that in the 2015 they are achieved, regarding the year precedence, a reduction of 3% of the fuel burnup for passenger/day, a decrease of 2.3% of carbon footprint and a discouragement of the gas emissions SOx of 11% and 3% of NOx and Pms. Moreover it is carried out on seven ships, pairs to 46.6% of the fleet, the installation of the system ECO Exhaust Gas Cleaning, a technology in a position to guaranteeing the treatment and the discouragement of beyond 90% of the polluting emissions in navigation. Last year they are achieved also a reduction of the energetic consumption of 4.8%, a differentiation and categorizzazione of 100% of the refusals on board and production on board of 69% of the water requirements with an increment of 7% regarding 2014.
