A real pie is being revealed that arranged from the minister of Infrastructures and of the Transports, Graziano Delrio, signing I decree that it assigns to Catania rather than to Augusta the center of the Authority of Harbour System (AdSP) of the Sea of Sicily Oriental, institution whose creation is previewed by decrees legislative n. 169 on 4 August of reorganization, rationalization and simplification of the concerning discipline the Harbour Authorities.

The new norm, to codicil 3 of article 7, previews that the centers of the 15 AdSP new that must previously assume the management of the ports under the jurisdiction of 24 Italian Harbour Authorities are instituted in the "center of the central port, characterized in Regolamento (EU) n. 1315/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council, 11 Decembers 2013, falling back in the same AdSP. In case of two or more central ports falling back in the same AdSP - specific I decree - the minister indicates the center of the same one. The minister, on motivated proposal of the region or the regions whose territory is interested by the AdSP, has faculty to characterize in other center of press adherent Harbour Authority to the AdSP, the center of the same one".

To this last faculty of change of center the president of the Sicilian Region has appealed, Rosario Crocetta, that the port of Catania has demanded the minister to characterize which center of istituenda the AdSp of the Sea of Sicily Oriental, than with the exception of Augusta does not take part of the ports of the central net of the transeuropea net of the transports based on the regulations n. 1315 of 11 Decembers 2013 of the European Union. Moreover Spreader has appealed to codicil 2 of article 22 of decrees legislative 4th August in order to ask also the maintenance, for a period of 36 months, of the autonomy administrative financial institution and of the Harbour Authority of Catania.

The allocation of the center of the AdSp new to Catania has enraged the operators of the harbour port of call and of the megarese city and to exult mayor of Catania, Enzo Bianco, that it has emphasized as I decree establishes "that the Etna chief town will be the nevralgico point of the harbour system of the Sea of Sicily Oriental". For Maria Concetta Di Pietro, mayor of Augusta, "the binding opinion of Spreader on the port of Augusta unmasks the political games of the Party Democratic", left in which he supports so White as minister Delrio. Cinquestelle Di Pietro, via facebook, has accused the president of the Sicilian Region spudoratamente to have lain allegating among other things in its demand the minister to have felt the local institutions, while - has denounced the mayor - "to Augusta he has not felt own nobody"

Al beyond the motivations that have induced Delrio to receive the demands for Spreader, arouses perplexity the fact that of the minister is a choice to term: I decree previews in fact that Catania is transitory center for a period not more two-year-old. Others two years - so it seems - in order to assume decisions that already for a long time were defined not more rinviabili.
