
In 2024, the revenues of the port division of the CK group
Hong Kong's Hutchison amounted to $45.28 billion in
Hong Kong (US$5.8 billion), an increase of
+10,8%. The company's port division consists of the
terminal operator Hutchison Port Holdings (Hutchison
Ports), of which CK Hutchison holds 80.0% of the share capital,
shares that CK Hutchison has agreed to sell in recent days
to the terminal operator TiL of the MSC group and to the companies
of BlackRock/GIP investments

Holdings Trust (HPH Trust) of which CK Hutchison owns 30.07%
of the capital and which is not included in the sale agreement.
In 2024, CK Hutchison's port division recorded a
Ebitda of HK$18.48 billion
Kong (+12.6%) and an operating profit of 13.12 billion (+24.0%).
Last year, the division's port terminals
handled a total of 87.5 container traffic
million TEUs (+6.6%), of which 22.3 million TEUs handled by
HPH Trust (+4.7%), 13.4 million TEUs handled by Hutchison
Ports in China and Hong Kong (+1.5%) plus 16.5 million
TEUs handled in European ports (+5.8%) and 35.3 million TEUs
in terminals in Asia, Australia and other regions (+10.3%).
