Shipping costs fuel flames of inflation

A significant factor pushing world fuel prices higher has been the rising cost of shipping oil to market.
Just as crude prices have reached 10-year highs, the ocean-going tanker market has risen to a 25-year peak and now accounts for about 8 per cent of prices.
