TEHRAN -- The director of the Maintenance Department of the Iran Ports and Shipping Organization (IPSO), Engineer Razzazan, on Tuesday said that the IPSO will soon launch three 4,400-horsepower tugboats jointly built by a Chinese company and Iran's Naval Manufacturing Plants in a $12 million venture.
