MALAYSIA wants to be an aviation hub for the growing regional budget airlines sector, says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Chan Kong Choy.
The Transport Ministry is now looking at either building a new terminal at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), or converting the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang into a dedicated airport for low-cost carriers.
