Mumbai Port Trust says Singapore operator is studying the S$646m project

(SINGAPORE) PSA Corporation is in direct discussions with the Mumbai Port Trust (MPT) on the possibility of developing the Indian port's planned offshore container terminal after the trust's tender process failed to produce any final bidders.

MPT spokesman B R Kadam told Shipping Times yesterday that PSA was keen on exploring the possibility of participating in the MPT's planned 17 billion rupee (S$646 million) terminal project ......
