By April 19 Dutch Vopak is to present Nafta Polska with its final offer for the privatization of Naftobazy, a fuel storage company.
Its decision is conditioned on reaching agreement with PKN Orlen concerning the creation of the so-called integrated logistics operator (ZOL). "Vopak insists that for ZOL to be economically viable it would have to have 12 fuel dumps, while the Plock-based concern insists the number should be between 17-21,"
