The Agency of Customs has announced the widening of the operating range of the experimental procedure of the clearance in sea, that it consists in the possibility to anticipate regarding the moment of the disembarkation the import declarations, declarations - it has explained the Italian customs administration - that they can be transmitted while the goods is still on the trip towards the national ports on board of coming ships from abroad. This advance affords to customs and the other administrations involved in the customs door to anticipate the risk analysis and to clear, before the arrival, the goods for which is not demanded a control, annulling so the time of clearance. The procedure - the Agency of Customs has remembered - is operating from less two-year-old, it has interested ours ten put up ports of call and of they have had use of altogether about 3.500 ships.
