Today, with notarial deed near the study Giordano and Comisso, the Agency for the Harbour Job is constituted of the port of Trieste - A.L.P.T., promoted on impulse of the Harbour Authority of Trieste with the participation of the 16 operating enterprises in the giuliano port of call that at the beginning of this year has expressed intention the intention to participate to the initiative ( on 19 February 2016).

For an experimental period of 12 months, as a result of specific authorization granted from the Ministry of Infrastructures and Transports, the Agency will see the majority participation of the Harbour Authority. Passed such period, finalized to the stabilization of the labor market in the harbour within, the agency will have obligatorily to yield own participation. The quota minority of the share capital is distributed, in equal parts, between the 16 private associates.

The board of directors of the Agency will be placed side by side by a Committee of the Guarantors, of three members, expression of the Harbour Authority, trade associations and the labor organizations. Such Committee, that it will participate by right to the sitting of the Board of Directors, will have important powers of address and control, is with respect to the management that regarding the definition of the formative programs. The Agency, in fact, will have to intensely promote professional training of the workers finalized to the acquisition of all the titles to be able to lead every type of car operator and to the maximum polyvalency let alone to increase the work safety.

During the experimental phase the board of directors will be composed of Mario Sommariva, general secretary of the Harbour Authority with the president role, from the leader of the harbour Job Fabio Crosilla, by Federico Decli of the Legal office of the agency. In representation of the private associates they are designated Marco Furlan, administrator of Seaway, and Massimo Zucchi, terminal EMT manager. The organic one of the Agency, in before beaten, will be constituted by the associates of the current supplier of temporary job Minerva and by all the coming staff from the failure of the Coop.
