The Court of Appeal of Reggio Calabria accepted the position
of the Port System Authority of the Tyrrhenian Seas
Southern and Ionian towards the Zen Yacht company, to which in the
2019, the Port Authority had revoked the concession granted in
2005 and relating to an area of about 30 thousand square meters in the port of
Gioia Tauro for the construction of a construction site for the
Yacht construction and repair

September 2019). The port authority had opposed three rulings
of first instance which had seen him partially unsuccessful. The
Judge of Appeal of Reggio Calabria joined the three proceedings
of first instance, dating back to 2017, 2019 and 2020, accepting the
appeal filed by the Port Authority and condemning Zen Yacht to pay
of the arrears of rents for a value of over 397 thousand euros, to which
they will have to add interest (in the calculation phase) and the costs of
quarrels that amount to 15 thousand euros.
