Dans le cours de la dixième assemblée annuelle de ESPO il se discutera de coopération et de politique pour les ports



L'assemblée annuelle pour le 2013 de l'European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) sera centrée sur les thèmes de la coopération et de la politique pour les ports. L'événement se tiendra le 30 et 31 mai prochains à Varna et est organisé en collaboration avec le Bulgarian Ports Infrastructure Company.

Il craint de la coopération - il a expliqué l'association des ports européens - donnera occasion de discuter dans quelle mode les Autorités Portuaires, les opérateurs et les parties intéressées, en travaillant ensemble, peuvent favoriser développe et améliorer les prestations du secteur portuaire. Elles seront prises à l'étude même des questions particulières comme l'intégration des ports dans les couloirs infrastructuraux, le marketing et la promotion des régions portuaires ainsi que les stratégies intercontinentales des Autorités Portuaires.

Dans le cours de la dixième assemblée annuelle de ESPO même ils seront pris à l'étude, comme d'habitude, les dévelopements de la politique de l'Union Européenne pour les ports. Si tout va en second lieu les prévisions - il a souligné l'association - la conférence de cet an de ESPO pourrait constituer la première plate-forme dans laquelle le secteur discutera les nouvelles propositions de la Commission Européenne en matière d'accès au marché et de transparence qui devraient être publiée les mois à venir. Avant la conférence on déroulera un séminaire sur la coopération portuaire régionale dans le Mar Nero.
