Le 30 prochain octobre dans le port commercial d'Augusta se tiendra les « Blue Day », organisée de l'Autorité Portuaire d'Augusta avec le Ministère des Politiques Agricoles, Alimentaires et Forestières, Marina Militare Italiana et la Direction Générale des Affaires Maritimes et Pêche (DG Mer) de la Commission Européenne et réalisée dans le domaine du semestre de présidence italienne du Conseil de l'EU.

Les « Blue Day » sera l'occasion pour un échange d'opinions à niveau européen sur la Méditerranée et sur les principal problématiques lié à l'économie maritime, avec un détail attention à emploie soutenable des ressources marines, à l'épargne énergétique, à la recherche et à l'innovation dans le secteur maritime-portuaire, avec l'objectif de construire une stratégie complétée. L'événement verra son instant central dans les rencontres auxquelles ils participeront des membres de la Commission Européenne, ministres, parlementaires et délégations internationaux, et nombreuses représentations institutionnelles et du cluster maritime national et européen.
