 Nell'esercizio 2007 Eurotunnel, la società che gestisce il tunnel sotto la Manica, ha registrato ricavi proforma per 775 milioni di euro (+6% sul 2006). Lo scorso anno i servizi ferroviari shuttle gestiti dall'azienda hanno trasportato 1,4 milioni di camion (+9%) e 4,1 milioni di autovetture (+6%), mentre i passeggeri del servizio ferroviario Eurostar sono stati 8,3 milioni di unità (+5%). Il traffico ferroviario merci è ammontato a 1,2 milioni di tonnellate (-23%).-
