  • FMC-Chine: rien ne va plus...
    Après le différend avec le Japon, c'est maintenant vers les autorités de la RP de Chine que se dirigent les foudres de la Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) suite aux multiples plaintes émanant tant d'armements que de groupeurs NVO américains, qui se déclarent victimes de discriminations. La FMC a d'ailleurs entamé une enquête à ce sujet (voir LL du 13/08/98).
