Toujours dans le cadre de ces évolutions, Deco Line a disparu pour faire place à West-Afrika Linien-Dienste. De son côté, Delmas a considérablement renforcé ses positions sur la route Europe-COA. Entre-temps, la pression sur les taux s'est accentuée compte tenu notamment d'une surcapacité et d'une petite guerre tarifaire.
  • Fléchissement dans les immatriculations de camions en Belgique
    Le marché belge du véhicule utilitaire est en forte hausse à l'issue du mois d'août. Il a augmenté de 22,4%, passant de 7.331 pour les huit premiers mois de 1998 à 8.972 immatriculations pour la période correspondante de cette année. Toutefois, on peut remarquer qu'un fléchissement se produit: les immatriculations en juillet et surtout en août ont été nettement inférieures à la moyenne du début de l'année. Ceci indique que le fléchissement de la demande - annoncé depuis longtemps mais qui ne se produisait toujours pas - semble désormais intervenu.

Implantée à Novara Boschetto, elle servira à optimiser l'activité multimodale dans ce pays. C'est ce que signale Truck & Business Online.
