  • Hoyer satisfait à l'issue d'une année 1998 difficile

  • Sabena: croissance ralentie au deuxième trimestre
    Le ralentissement de la croissance au deuxième trimestre (8,2%, contre 24,2% au premier trimestre) fait en sorte que pour le premier semestre 1999, Sabena ne note plus qu'une augmentation du nombre de passagers de 14,8%. Toutefois, elle est largement supérieure à la moyenne européenne qui tourne autour de 7%.
  • Recrudescence des trafics au port d'Ostende
    Le trafic maritime au port d'Ostende connait graduellement un regain d'activité. Cet été, Transeurope Shipping Line (TSL) relancera son service passagers sur Ramsgate, tandis que Hoverspeed remporte un franc succès avec ses deux Seacats sur la liaison de Douvres. Le port de commerce a récemment accueilli un nouveau trafic de coton et les arrivages de gravier connaitront bientôt une nouvelle impulsion.
