La lecture de la liste des partenaires semble confirmer que l'alliance TEAM traverse une grave crise et que l'alliance E1 va changer profondément de visage. DFDS serait par ailleurs en passe d'acquérir une société en Allemagne.
  • Premier semestre satisfaisant pour Kühne & Nagel
    Kühne & Nagel a enregistré un bénéfice net de 45,4 mio. de CHF au cours des six premiers mois de 1999, soit une hausse de 9,9% par rapport au premier semestre de 1998. Le chiffre d'affaires, tout comme le bénéfice brut, ont baissé en comparaison avec l'an dernier, ce qui résulte de la restructuration des activités de transport terrestre en Allemagne. Les résultats de ces dernières activités ne sont plus repris dans le rapport semestriel consolidé.

    En l'espace de quelques mois, les prix des huiles de soutes vendues dans les grands ports n'ont fait que grimper. Vendredi dernier il fluctuait entre 120 et 122 dollars la tonne selon les places. En amont, le prix du baril est passé à plus de 21 dollars. Pour l'industrie du shipping en général les répercussions vont être considérables, alors que dans le secteur du liner containérisé en particulier la situation est déjà très complexe.
