Cette solution ne fournirait que la moitié des emplacements et superficies dont Cobelfret à besoin, et cela ne pourrait être prêt qu'en l'an 2001, ce qui signifie que l'armement devrait attendre. Interrogé sur cette évolution, le président F. Traen nous a déclaré que ce point de vue était totalement erroné.
