Kvaerner May Owe Germany Money Kvaerner may have to repay a "considerable amount" of the state aid it received from Germany related to its Warnow Werft shipyard. The European Commission said last November that it was investigating whether the German Warnow Werft shipyard had complied with capacity limits in return for subsidies.
