Anvers, où les services G&C (dans lesquels Grimaldi a racheté la participation de Cobelfret) font également escale, semble a priori disposer des meilleurs atouts, même s'il fait grand cas d'une "nouvelle offre de Flessingue". Seulement, la demande de l'armement pour recevoir une grande concession devant les écluses semble difficile à honorer.

"Les entreprises ferroviaires sont même allées au-delà de l'inacceptable en ne se privant pas d'augmenter simultanément le prix de leurs prestations", souligne le directeur général de l'UIRR Rudy Colle dans le rapport annuel.
