Précisons d’emblée qu’il s’agit de propositions qui vont faire l’objet de nombreuses discussions au niveau des Etats membres, pour être ensuite discutées en Conseil des ministres et passer devant le Parlement européen, d’où sortira un texte définitif porteur de directives.
  • L’assainissement de la concurrence dans le transport routier belge est en vue
    Patrons, syndicats et gouvernement ont conclu hier un protocole visant à rendre le secteur des transports routiers plus sain. Les mesures proposées dans l’accord ont pour but de permettre au transporteur sérieux de répercuter ses coûts sur le client. Cela signifie que des mesures plus sévères seront adoptées et surtout que les contrôles sur le respect de la législation seront plus stricts. L’exécution de ces mesures est prévue d’ici 3 à 12 mois.
