  • Stef-TFE a dégagé un résultat 2000 “préservé”
    Le groupe Stef-TFE a connu en 2000 une progression de 7,9 % de son chiffre d’affaires consolidé, dans un environnement perturbé. C’est ce qu’a annoncé le président de l’important transporteur frigorifique français, Francis Lemor, à l’issue du conseil d’administration de la semaine passée. Les résultats seront présentés aux actionnaires le 13 juin.
  • HesseNoord Natie: deux étapes sur trois franchies dans le processus de reprise par PSA
    Le 8 mars dernier, les actionnaires de la Noord Natie, de la Hessenatie (groupe CMB) et PSA Corp signaient une lettre d’intention portant sur une prise de participation majoritaire de l’entité à fusionner HesseNoord Natie, participation se situant entre 75 et 80%. On sait que PSA s’engageait à détenir au moins 51%.Lundi dernier, comme initialement prévu, les trois parties se sont retrouvées pour signer l’acte de vente, mais l’importance exacte de la part de PSA n’est toujours pas définie. En fait, il s’agit de la deuxième étape du processus de reprise, une troisième devant la rendre effective dans les faits, ce qui n’interviendrait qu’après le 1er juin prochain.
  • Brême intègre la gestion portuaire dans une nouvelle entité
    Brême a décidé de confier la gestion de ses ports à une nouvelle entité. Cette Bremen Ports Management + Services GmbH reprendra les activités de l’actuelle administration portuaire de Brême et de Bremerhaven, à l’exception des services du capitaine du port et un certain nombre d’autres opérations, qui restent de la compétence du sénateur pour l’Economie et le Port.
