Grâce à la navette “Le Havre Shuttle” (LHS), qui désormais gagne Strasbourg en direct sans passer par le point nodal de Villeneuve, les Havrais espèrent gagner des parts de marché. Et cela en prenant une partie de leurs trafics à la voie d’eau.
