  • Le Parlement européen veut interdire les transports d'animaux sur longues distances
    Une large majorité du Parlement européen s'est prononcée mardi contre le transport d'animaux d'abattage comme les boeufs, porcs, moutons, chèvres et chevaux sur de grandes distances. Le Parlement est aujourd'hui partisan d'un limitation de la durée du transport à à peine quatre heures (ou 250 kilomètres). Une prolongation à huit heures (500 km) est possible à condition que le transporteur possède une licence et que les animaux puissent être couchés durant le transport et disposent d'eau fraîche.

    Le groupe logistique suisse et filiale de Deutsche Post World Net Danzas a repris Cargoplan/Cargoline, le principal prestataire de services de fret aérien en Autriche. Cette opération permet à Danzas de renforcer sa position en Europe centrale et de l'Est, où le groupe viennois est très bien représenté.

Il a mis en exergue la nécessité d’établir des priorités.
