    Suite à une période d’essai de quelques mois durant laquelle des Mondeo entièrement achevées ont été transportées de l’usine de Ford à Genk vers l’usine en Inde, il a été décidé d’institutionaliser ce flux de trafic. Avant-hier, la ‘Mondeo Sedan’ a été lancée à Genk. Il s’agit du troisième modèle après l’Escort et l’Ikon. Les voitures sont transportées dans des containers vers Nhava Sheva et Chennai via le service NVOCC d’Ahlers. L’expéditeur de Ford est Neska Expeditiebedrijf à Anvers.
