    Le groupe belge de logistique Evadix, née d’un MBO des divisions Distribution et Routage des Editions Casterman à Tournai et spécialisé entre autres dans les services logistiques au commerce électronique, a clôturé sa première année d’existence sur un bénéfice. “La santé financière du groupe attire les investisseurs”, dit l’entreprise dans un communiqué.
  • CP Ships améliore ses performances
    Le groupe Canadian Pacific qui vient de publier ses résultats couvrant le premier trimestre de l’exercice 2001 a une fois encore réalisé une belle performance. Le revenu net disponible pour les actionnaires est passé à 532 mio. de CAD (contre 303 mio. pour le premier trimestre de 2000), tandis que le gain par action courante a augmenté de 82% à 1,68 CAD. Le revenu opérationnel a augmenté de 70% à 1,04 mia. de CAD. Le cash flow a atteint 1,13 mia. de CAD (751 mio.). Dans l’ensemble la situation financière reste excellente avec un rapport dette/equity de 29:71, tandis que le rapport dette nette/cash flow est de 1.1:1.
  • WDP achète une grande plate-forme logistique à Breda
    La sicafi semi-industrielle belge Warehouses De Pauw investit pour la première fois aux Pays-Bas. WDP a acquis une plate-forme logistique de 37.000 m2 pour 782 millions de BEF (19,3 millions d’EUR). Selon l’expert immobilier Stadium, cela porte la valeur du portefeuille du groupe à plus de 10 mia. de BEF (près de 250 mio. d’EUR). WDP a récemment investi en France et est en train de construire cinq nouveaux projets en Belgique.
