Le transport de passagers reste le pilier le plus important du groupe, mais la part de cette division dans le chiffre daffaires a baissé de 918,64 à 885,51 mio. dUSD. Les opérations containérisées ont également perdu du terrain, régressant de 154,85 à 151,85 mio. dUSD de chiffre daffaires. Des accords ont été signés pour la vente des ports de Heysham et Newhaven.
