Cest principalement au Noordzeeterminal, victime de son succès, que le problème des temps dattente se produirait. Le manutentionnaire, Hesse Noord Natie, met tout en oeuvre pour le résoudre.Les temps dattente semblent dailleurs progressivement se résorber, nous a déclaré Jan Pellens, le conseiller de PSA.
