Du côté de la CE, on insistait sur le fait que tant la CE que le parlement européen étaient partisans d’une plus grande transparence et d’une plus grande flexibilité dans les ports, mais qu’ils avaient tenu compte du caractère spécifique d’un port et du travail qui y est effectué.
