    Les géants américains du secteur chimique Dow Chemical et Union Carbide vont fusionner et constitueront de la sorte le deuxième groupe chimique au monde. L'opération devrait être menée à bien d'ici la fin du printemps prochain. Le Dow Chemical nouvelle formule sera le plus grand et le plus important client de Katoen Natie pour les activités de logistique pétrochimique, tant en Belgique qu'au niveau mondial.
