Il prossimo 11 dicembre il City Campus dell'Università di Anversa ospiterà un workhop internazionale sui "porti-rifugio" organizzato dall'European Sea Ports Organisation (ESPO) e dall'European Institute of Maritime and Transport Law dell'ateneo di Anversa. L'incontro avverrà subito dopo l'atteso varo delle nuove disposizioni in materia da parte dell'International Maritime Organization (IMO), che si prevede saranno adottate nel corso dell'assemblea generale dell'organizzazione in programma dal 24 novembre al 5 dicembre prossimi.
